Apple really needs a good slap upside it's over-bloated ego. They make excellent products, yes but to them it's that no comprise, "it's us or nothing!" attitude that needs to be severely squashed. Apple would have patented breathing if they thought they could have gotten away with it.

Apple: Get your butt back to doing something besides suing everyone. Jeez, you'd think Apple believes they invented actual apple's.

So, basically: Apple sued because samsung did xyz. So samsung changed xyz and Apple is still complaining? I guess if you can't beat them, you gotta sue them
