Manually remove the unwanted files in question.
Reboot. (this should ensure that the Registry entries for TU2012 are orphaned)
Run the free CCleaner Registry cleaning function. CCleaner can be found here,,, http://www.piriform....leaner/download .
Remove the orphaned TU2012 Registry entries.
Reboot.
Now your PC should be free of TU 2012.
Good Luck.

Thanks for your help. Can you tell me what the 'unwanted files in question' are?

I have spent at least 30 minutes on the Google site
researching this "program" ; I could find no easy way
of getting rid of it . There are counterfeit versions of
this program, so my 1st Question is SPECIFICALLY from
WHERE did you download it !? Assuming you got one of the
legitimate versions from Germany or Miami, Florida, did
you get the FREE, 15-day "Trial" or did you PAY for it ?
My Research indicate there MAY be "Specialized"
"Uninstaller(s)" for this program, but I do not know how
credible they are !? On the Customer Support "section" of
the Florida company, I found a phone number available at
312-962-9996 ( no toll-free number ) and there is a
"Contact Form" available at http://www.tune-up.c...form/technical/
that may provide uninstallation "Instructions" !?
Edit : Sometimes the Option to get rid of a
program is listed in the "All Programs" section of a computer rather than the "Add/
Remove Programs" section; have you looked
there ?

Thanks for your help. I downloaded it from their website and I did pay for it. I have tried contacting their technical support but I don't have much faith in them as then seem totally useless. I too spent several hours on google trying to find a way to get rid of this.

There should be a folder on your PC by the name of "TU2012" or some such. Manually remove it.

Visit Microsoft Fix it:
http://support.micro...com/fixit/en-us
Select 1. Windows - 2. Install or upgrade software or hardware > Install or
remove programs 3. Click Run Now - Fix problems with programs that can't be
installed or uninstalled. I imagine this would work for a number of things.
