My Optical drive in my laptop doesn't open.
I download a file and burned it on a disc. I think the file that I burned
starts the problem. I cant eject it. I restart the laptop and now the drive E: for my optical drive
is not visible,yet the disc is still inserted. what should I do? help me please.. thanks.

Insert a paper clip in the small hole on the front of the optical drive. That will pop it open and you can remove the disc.
