Okay, sometime back, I got a friend request on Facebook from someone. They did have about three Mutaul friends shown ( actually one was my sister ). Nobody knows who she is. I granted it and then checked the profile. New account and the only information was her Birthday, July 24, 1992. I haven't tried to contact her and don't intend to, it just sits and is inactive. The other day, I received something from YouTube in that someone had sent me a Video. I checked out the video ( not this person's channel ) and it was pretty good. I then checked out the profile of the person who sent it. New Account and only the age listed, 20. The was one other thing here though and it was picture of the Batman game, and a link to IGN ( I have been over there in the past ). It is known that I am a gamer. Now a little while ago, I got something from Skype. "Add me to your contact list". I checked the profile and it was a girl. Birthday: Feb. 7, 1984 and age: 28. Now this is not unusual, only that they usually come through Hotmail for a different contact list and are usually some adult oriented thing most likely. Haven't had any of those in quite a while as I was reporting them and the account was shut down. I can think of so many scenarios for FB. The one I am leaning towards is it it is someone I know, and is not on my friend list. Maybe afraid that I will take my wall out of the public venue and just have it open to friends ( which I am considering ) and want to keep an eye on what I may be putting up / talking about. I don't ever trash anybody anyway. Not my style. If I did that I would probably block little miss no profile and she would be out of the loop. As for YouTube, I don't have a clue, but no intention of contacting that one either. As for Skype, I just ignored that alltogether. If someone thinks I am a cyber stalker going after young girls, and seeing if I will take the bait, well, they might as well get a life and find something else to do with their time. Having said that, I do get PM's from here sometimes from ladies. Sometimes it is for PC problems which I try to discourage and get them on the open forums, and sometimes it is just a general chat which is fine if I'm not busy with something, as I do enjoy talking to people. So far, I am finding it amusing, but at some point it could become annoying I guess. Do think it is a bit weird though. :D

Who would have though Coastie was a ladies man! :D
"There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there always has been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'" -- Isaac Asimov

 I don't know what the deal is. I think it is someone I know though. The facebook thing was on the 29th of March and the other two were withiung the past few days. If someone thinks I would just arbitrarily add someone I don't know to my Skype contact list they have another think coming, even if they are a "28 year old from Sweden". I don't have anyone on my Skype contact list anyway. :D It's those little mysteries in life that keep things interesting.

Hi Rain, Possibly, but I suspect something else. I did accept the friend invitation as did three others on my Friend list and there have been no problems as the account has been inactive. I know better than allowing someone on my contact list that I don't know. Have had them try in the past from a Hotmail address. Just reported them and the accounts were closed. Actually, it doesn't bother me as I find it curious. It's all good at the moment.:D
