After just securing 2nd place as one of the largest computer sellers, you are making a move that si going to drive you right back down.
Why fix something that isn't broke by breaking it?

I use ThinkPad since 1997 and for the last 6 month new X1. This keyboard is the best ergonomic solution in keyboards that I have seen...
Try before judging and thumbs up Lenovo!

Have you even used the new keyboard? I have! On the X100e. And you know what? It blows the old keyboard out of the water. Lenovo made a smart move. They are keeping ahead of the curve, cementing their place as having "the best keyboard you will ever use in a laptop".
If you actually tried new things with an open mind instead of blasting everything with your ignorance, you may learn to appreciate these improvements when they come along.

The keyboard on the ThinkPads are a solid step up from the ideapads. Don't walk into a TP with the mindset that the keyboard will be anything like that of the z series machine at all. I have this new style board on my X100, and it is freaking nice.
