A very nice article with proper information. As a technical support engineer I admire all ten commandments. Trully, it's easy to become more secure.

I'm curious how many readers can name the ten commandments, and for those who can't, after looking it up, what they think of someone who follows all of them.

Wow, you call all that "easy"?

How about we condense all that into one commandment...

1. Run Linux...done.

Now THAT was easy! 8^)

I like how this has nothing to do with the real security of windows. All of these commandments should be the default settings.

At least I use Linux, and don't have to worry about.

I wonder who your sponsors are?

Thanks

Sure sure, Mr. One Commandment....running the superior Linux OS, obviously smarter than all of us feeble minded Windows users. I would bow to your intelligence, except for one thing - my BS detector goes off every time I read a comment like yours in a forum that is 99% Windows based. I would bet dollars to donuts that you sir, have a fully rigged Windows system to meet all of your business needs (providing you are old enough to have business needs) and either run Linux in a dual boot or virtual environment on occassion, just to "play around" with and boast that you are a Linux user to those of us with obvious lesser intelligence.
