Hesse leaves a lot of wiggle room in the way he has mismanaged the company.

I have been a Sprint Customer for 4 years and can't wait for my contract to expire.

While Hesse strategizes how the data plan and the network will evolve, Sprint's customer service has deteriorated to the point where one would almost rather pay extra than to have to deal with them...maybe that was the goal! (very short sighted)

The company has to provide their postpaid customers with better coverage, and radically improved customer service or they will no
t survive as a major player.

Lies lies lies lies lies. Sprint has the absolute best customer service. Even the studies of customer service support this. You are a stupid lying dumb ass bitch.

I must agree that Sprint has greatly improved their customer service. They try there hardest to satisfy you, not like they are rushing you as Verizon and AT&T do. Their online customer service works fine for me 98% of the time. If you walk into a store after your phone purchase they are willing to help you and do not rush you out. You can even schedule appointments. My gripe with them is the actual service. Their in building penetration is not the best, and has never been. That's the only reason while when my contract is up soon I will be switching back to Verizon.
