Thank you Rick.
It worked.
But you cannot get it into a specific folder of Skydrive or Dropbox. Is there any way of getting that functionality?

In WinXP, the string to paste into Windows Explorer is:
C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxx\SendTo
Where xxxxx is your User Name. Just browse to it and it'll be obvious.

Just to clarify... you have to find the -folder- shortcut (to Dropbox, Google Drive, SkyDrive, whatever) within Windows Explorer... do NOT use the 'program' shortcut from the Start (All Programs) menu.
When you have Windows Explorer open to the Send To folder (by pasting in the path from this article)... on the left side of Windows Explorer, you should see the folder 'tree', including "Favorites" with favorite shortcuts to Dropbox, Google Drive, and/or SkyDrive.
Just drag that 'Favorite' shortcut to the Send To folder that you just opened in the right side of Windows Explorer.
THEN you can right-click a file, click Send To, and click Dropbox or Google Drive or SkyDrive ...and... nothing seems to happen except the Send To menu closes.
Just go to your Dropbox, Google Drive, or SkyDrive and you should now see a copy of the file there... in the 'main' folder. And you can move it to a subfolder thereof.

To get a file into a specific (Dropbox, Google Drive, SkyDrive, etc) folder, using Send To ...you can make a folder-specific shortcut. Either edit the properties of the shortcut that you pasted into the Send To folder... or make another shortcut, specific to the subfolder. For example, change Dropbox shortcut 'Properties' "Target"... C:\Users\{your username}\Dropbox ...to... C:\Users\{your username}\Dropbox\Public ...for the Public folder. Better yet, perhaps, is to make a copy and change the properties and the name of the shortcut to show the subfolder name.

Did not work for me in Windows 7. Shows in the folder, but not on the right-click send-to list.
