What I hate about Apple is they charge their British customers roughly 40% more for their products than their American customers.

Trying to install proper grown-up developer programs on a MAC can send a person insane. Programs that, on a windows PC can be installed with a few clicks, require seemingly endless amounts of reconfiguring via the dos-type MAC Terminal. Couple that with regular changes to the operating system - too many for software developers to keep up with and you've got a big fat shiny frustrating nightmare.
It has long been my opinion that the only real reason MACs run that much quicker than windows PCs is because so few companies make software for MACs that the average MAC computer is clear of software clutter. You can achieve the same longterm performance levels as a MAC on a PC just by not cluttering it up with unnecessary programs. A bit of good housekeeping can save you the extra cost of a MAC and the unbelievable hassle.

I hate macs. I was on my mother's Mac and I downloaded my documents from my computer via email and then I couldn't edit it. I needed the papers for school and because of the dumb Mac I got a b for my semester grade. I tried editing it in every way I finally found something on the internet and tried it but out the third step, I couldn't do it anymore because the tab I was supposed to click wasn't there. I think it is dumb anyway that you have to figure out how to edit the document, I mean apple is the original " user friendly" company, you should just be able to tell how to do it. Macs seriously, deeply suck!

I refuse to buy another apple product after The IPAD2 with only two weeks of use had an ACCIDENTAL small fall from not even a foot and broke the screen. The repair will cost over 2/3s the cost. The IPAD was purchased for 459 the repair cost is 299 REALLY!!! I am sure they charge tax on that too. Which I didn't pay for the IPAD because it was purchased on a Military base. They almost won a customer but instead my money is better spent on companies who do not over charge on repairs.

Clear of software clutter? Oh, that gave me a huge laugh. I've used Macs since 1 May 1986 and I'm the ultimate download freak. I'll try almost anything. I have plenty of clutter! Since it's not causing any problems I haven't bothered to get rid of stuff I've tried but probably won't use or buy. Very remiss of me. :-)
