1- This case was so wildly misrepresented and misunderstood. They weren't suing to reveal the identity of legitimate or even illegitimate journalists, they were suing to disclose the names of people who VIOLATED THEIR NDAs- a LEGAL document! What good are NDAs if they cant be enforced? The judges' ruling on this was a big mistake.2- I still don't see how keeping secretive over product announcements is anything but good business. "Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer, and company love to talk about their company's upcoming products". Oh, really? So when is the new Zune coming out?3- Totally true. Apple was really lame on that one.4- I don't see how you can fault APPLE when OTHER COMPANIES rip off Apple's trademark. Sure, maybe they pushed the whole thing a bit too far but, At least they are starting to see the light. Apple TV, as cited.5- Again, right on the mark. Leaving out BluRay & HD DVD is quite odd for a company who's business model is "you want it? You got it. And you're gonna have to pay big time for it." Come on Apple, lets have Bluray! Overcharge me for it!6- Since when is not being perfect reason to be hated? Thats harsh, guys.7- Again, right on the money.8- Correct. And now with bootcamp, developers have even less reason to port their games to Mac! "Macs? Eh, just reboot if you want to play Halo4, whats the big deal?" Boot Camp is going to make Mac gaming go extinct.9- I'd still prefer three choices to Dells disaster of a store, with too many choices to count and conflicting upgrade options and prices on every page. And tell me one company thats making MONMEY with those tablets and ultraportables. But Apple SHOULD go back to the upgradable iMacs! Offer hard drive upgrades! And stop overcharging for RAM!10- Aren't you guys tired of this one yet? iPods dont play WMA files because they suck! And don't blame Apple for not opening up DRM- blame the RIAA! They are who demands an iron-clad DRM solution, and the only way Apple can even hope for that is by keeping it closed. Like any of you would shop at the iTunes store anyway, if you could put the songs on your Zunes. (all three of you). You'd just find something else about the store to whine about.
