Just recently purchased a HP 2311gt 3D monitor and it came with some 3D glasses. According to the specification they are FPR type passive glasses. It is my understanding that the polarization on the FPR glasses can be either linear or circular. I have spent several hours trying to contact HP to get the full specification on the type of glasses these are and have only gotten the reply that the wirtten specification does not identify what they are so they "don't know". I think this is really pathetic when a company like HP can't answer a simple question on a product they sell.

Does any know what would be compatible with the HP 2311gt?

Look at this: http://www.electroni...3d-monitor.html
It uses circular polarization.
