I was messing around with Windows 8 and noticed that, in metro IE, the scrolling isn't smooth with the scroll wheel or arrow keys. It moves one bit, and then half second later moves a second bit.This doesn't happen with the scroll bar though. Has anyone else had this issue? (maybe it's just because I'm running this in vmware)
