I want to repair my desktop using repair disks, will it wipe out whole hard disk or just the c drive?
Will system image restore all the data of my pc?

1. A System Repair from the Windows install disk is non-destructive. IOW, all system files are re-loaded, but your personal data files are undisturbed.

2. Restoring a System Image will restore your PC to the state it was in when the Image was made. Any personal data or files added since then will be lost.

Doesn't that only apply if the computer has a Single Unpartitioned HD? With a C:\Program Partition & D:\Data Partition, only the C:\Program Partition would be wiped.

Restore - Restores your system back to factory defualts. In other words back to what it was when you first turned it on.
Repair - Fixes what has been damaged in Widows.
