Ah, but Dr. Evil's plan was to have sharks with laser beams attached to their HEADS! Not the dorsal fin. (Dr. Evil would have pushed the trap door button on this guy for your failure to follow his instructions.) But I would DARE this guy to try to attach a laser beam or anything else to the shark's HEAD - he'd be the next Quint (Jaws victim).
