Lawyers fighting fair use of out of print and out of 50 year copyright are denying knowledge to millions.

If a student wants a first edition Timoshenk, Theory of Elasticity, let him have it.

So how does Google only publish a "snippet" of an image or a chart, for example?
(Answer: it can't be done - but it's OK for Google to steal. Kim Dotcom was jailed for doing less!)
To disagree without being disagreeable is the art of debate. Simply because one has a strong opinion, it does not necessarily make an alternative opinion less valid.
