Just how disconnected from reality can this whole thing be? Nobody is downloading anything FOR FREE. ISPs have been charging billions to mule this contraband to and from it's paying customers. They charge for the upload and they charge for the download, all while pretending they don't know what they're delivering - just like someone muling a package from Columbia to NYC for a fee, while claiming to not know what's in the package. Sorry..guilty.

But ISPs have better lawyers than PB, so the courts kick the peasants while the lords steal billions for fun and profit...mostly profit.
