Hi all, I'm facing problem when burning disc using my desktop DVD writer. After burning process completed with disk brand A, then I opened the disk. But I found that it's blank(No Data) but the disc already burned. Then I try using other brand B of blank DVD, it's okay. I would like to know is it that is due to DVD writer or disk problem. I hope that someone who are also ever face this situation could help me to find the solution. Thanks.

More than likely it is due to the disc. Some discs just don't burn.

As you told you have tried with more than one discs with different brands. I don't think its happening due to discs. It might be a problem with your DVD writer or might be a windows problem. Whether you're using a tool to burn disc or just Windows options?
