Sure I can for these simple reasons.

1. It's on AT&T
2. That means no unlimited data
3. I refuse to own a cheap phone.

I own the Nokia Lumia 900 and I highly recommend the phone. The display is gorgeous, performance is very smooth and fast no lag, beautiful OS that is intuitive, and I really like the way Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Messenger is baked right into the OS.

I was gonna read the article but since its on At&T they can shove it sideways up their A**L Track. They'll never get my money, period. Any company that puts in their terms of service that customers can file a class action lawsuit, has no business being in business, because all that says is they can be as reckless & anti consumer as they wish, yet they don't want to be held accountable. So I say F them. They are far from the only game in nyc.

I love ATT, never had a dropped call. I use Wifi all the time so I am not going to complain about "unlimited data" I really don't need it. This phone sounds like a nice price point. I'll consider it since I am in the market for my daughter to upgrade. Like the Lumia 900 option as well.
