What is with electronic manufacturers not trying out new products in the United States rather than China and Japan? Are we so good that these manufacturers are afraid that their test product won't cut it in the States?

Why should they? They are an Asian company after all. Its not like the US is the end all of be all testers.

I'm sorry, are you really that ignorant? Do you not realize that these "electric manufacturers" like Sony are Asian companies? Why would they test their products in places like the United States, when they could test it out domestically in their own countries first?
