Can't google just delist those companies so there is no concern about competition?

Isn't google a company and not a public service, they dont have to include other companies in their search results

The first Amendment findings in that paper makes the FTC doubly difficult. I suspect they would have trouble just getting the jury to understand Google advertising businesses an how they anti competitive, especially when everyone has the capability of seeing unique results, having to argue constitutional law will make the case even harder for the FTC to fight in court.
