Anyone else find it a little unnerving that it takes a two page article to explain how to keep Facebook from violating you privacy? Sure am glad I jumped ship.

I am trying to figure out how to limit what my friends see of what I post on other pages or them being notified every time I "like" something. That used to be able to be hidden unless they happened to also be friends with the person on whose wall I was posting, now EVERYTHING I do pops up in their feed.

Go to your Timeline profile. It will show your Recent Activity, listing things you like, profile changes, etc.
Click the arrow beside the activity and you will see an option to Hide Activities from showing. Good luck!

If I go away from "Use FB as" my main page and to "use FB as" one of my other pages the privacy settings goes away. When I go to the other page, I can click on "edit Page" and "manage Permissions" but when I have "unchecked" everyone can post. . ." and changed the "default v isibility of posts by others. . ." to "hidden from page" people are still being allowed to post. I am at a school and would like to set the page so taht kiddos cannot post - it's a one-way communication piece. Is that not possible?
