i need to schedule 100s of appointments for my clients and manage them online. so need to know the simplest way in which i can do it so that i can see it, a second person the one whose apt is scheduled can see it and a third person my boss sees it. need a basic and if possible free software or online service for the same

Hi Animah,
I'm the co-founder of DiaryMonitor.com - an online tool for scheduling appointments, sending automated appointment reminders, getting appointment confirmations/cancellations and enabling end users to book themselves into free time slots.
An admin can set up multiple users, who can all see their own calendar of appointments and end users receive reminders of upcoming appointments which they then confirm or cancel. An admin can oversee all the user diaries. The base level service is free (no SMS reminders)or you can try one of our higher level plans free for 30 days to see if that would suit your needs.
