Somewhat related...

What about the other end of the wire (eerrr - wireless)?? Yes the router is out; but what about the laptops, usb plugin's, etc. that win run the other end of the data from the router?

The media bridge is also for sale at NewEgg. So right now you can only get the speed for networked home entertainment devices, but it's a good start.
