funny thing is, if they ever get rid of or shut down the games that they have they will lose more then half if not more of the users...just sayin

Not surprising. One would be very naive to think that a company would truly honor privacy settings, when a lot of money can be made from personal information.

Well, I think that a company that plays off of the privacy issues of Facebook and their ilk would do well. I have used ghostery to protect against Facebook tracking and used tagalong.io as my primary network just because the search engines can't get into it. It is so easy to bypass the supposed privacy settings in Facebook so you can find people that the stated privacy settings in the agreements are a joke.

more then probabily half of "any user on any site" before signing up "actually read" the privacy policy. so they just figure if they can easily sign up, very easy to post pictures, they figure why not post anything and no care for the conciquences if seen by my boss or my family.
