How are you supposed to use that GPU if it doesn't have any outputs? (looking at the picture)

How much memory does it have onboard ?

The card if for HPC (High Performance Computing) so everything comes in and out out of the PCIe, it is not meant for graphics.

because it's not a video card, it's a "compute engine". Their video cards can do what these cards can do to an extent, but these cards are designed specifically for CUDA/DirectCompute/OpenCL applications. More than likely in a server, which will have an on board video card.
