Good day to all.

I have a folder in my back up and then it suddenly disappeared.
just wondering if my brother accidentally delete it using "shift+del"
is there a way that I can get back what he has deleted?

thank you.

Try Recuva. (note: The more you use the drive, the higher the chance of a file being overwritten.)

and if you have tried everything you can but in vain, you can try 3rd party recovery software. I used Minitool power data recovery and it worked well. if your file is under 1GB, you can recover it without any charge.

Hi Dear,

Firstly check the folder attributes... May be it set as hidden by mistakes and it is bot viewable to you... to view hidden folders or files, follow the steps:

(Open Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > Select View Tab > Hidden Files Folder > Apply Show Hidden Files Folder option), Also check Recycle Bin

Check the steps as I wrote.

If it is the case of Shift+Del then only data recovery tools can help you which are totally commercial. So many commercial tools are IT marketplace, you have to pick one according to your need, budget and technical expertise. Read this article which will route for next step - http://gallery.techn...covery-57f5791a
