I can't believe long pressing on a phone number someone sends you in an SMS and saving it to contacts is such a big deal. If ever a patent needed to be revoked it is "data tapping".

Apple Is So Stupid, Did they forget they innovated from Windows? Innovation comes from Innovation... If not we would have been stuck in Stone Age, I'm tired of the patent crap. Letâs work Together and Make Things Better for consumers not profit and monopolize the market.

How would you explain then, that most of the countries which are still "stuck in the stone age" have no use, let alone any respect for patent law?
Reward, and not necessarily financial reward, drives innovation.
Just like stealing bases and getting dirty is part of baseball, the "patent crap", as you call it, is one of the tools of the business.

Thats stupid. Apple is just raged because their fail operating system is losing the OS war. So they are doing everything they can to prevent their competitors phones from reaching consumers hands. This is a clear sign from Apple that they know they have an inferior product, otherwise they would not fear their competitors handsets.

Software patents are complete bullshit. In that case Microsoft should launch 5000 patent suits against apple for things like "running software" using a "mouse" having a cursor on the screen, having a file menu, a print option, etc, etc. See how stupid software patents are?
