After a takeover, we needed to get all our Google Docs out of Google and into Sharepoint.
Google takeout put every file in the root, completely ignoring the folder structure. Fortunately, we found an app (SyncDocs) that migrated the data, keeping folder fidelity.

And for deletion of things it require Google Dashboard. Its takeout baby...why are you expecting data removal by this service?

It is so easy to criticize and find fault when something exists --- but many others don't even have a system or process of getting your data back at all. The article may have factual accuracy in certain regard but also represents an extreme fundamental bias.

Why is this article flawed for being narrowly focused?
By what line of reasoning is it the case that every article must examine everything in the widest possible scope?
