Google's Android Did Not Infringe Oracle Patents, Jury Finds

I'm anxious for the damages phase. The odds that Oracle will be owed even so much as a million dollars is pretty low. Ellison will have to find another way to pay for his suit, not to mention the millions upon millions that the lawyers are getting paid.

I'm not sure Oracle is owed anything due to "damages". Google has already proven that the Android OS does not infringe Oracle's copyrights and patents... Maybe the only thing Oracle is "owed" is a donation from Google for using their Open Source framework. But that is even a huge a stretch. In fact, Oracle should be paying Google for wasting their time and resources in this long drawn out process.
Oracle should have made a partnership with Google when they initially started development for the Android OS instead of wanting what "Big Brother" now has.
