LibreOffice.org, coming for the same, and for web APIs (HTML5).

Though there have only been prototypes demonstrated for Android and HTML5.

It seems word/spreadsheet/etc. should work fine on any tablet, as they worked just fine for 1990's PCs, too. Perch your tablet/phone on a keyboard and start typing and poking.
