That looks like those bins that the US Post office gives corporate Mail rooms. Honestly i would just make one out of what ever i had if i needed to scan things in a hurry.

However wouldn't it just be cheaper to go scan to file all your documents at a xerox center.

Why not use CAMSCANNER - available for android - both the free as well as the paid version... It uses your phone camera, but will instantly allow you to crop as much or as little as you need, then enhances it, and will save it... When you want to share it, it sends it as a .pdf file (or .jpg)... Have used this for a year, both on my Incredible, and on my Toshiba Thrive tablet... Switched to the paid version because it allows more documents (free limits you to 50)... Have scanned in my passport, phone trees, phone lists, product pix/descriptions, all my medical cards (in one file!!!)... It's an excellent scanner...
