What is so special about this? It's just a common type of electronic servo. Not that much different than what pops your car door lock button up.

I can attest that needleless injections CAN hurt a lot. They can slit you open if everyone involved isn't perfectly motionless.

So we have a spray gun with an electric solenoid instead of a pneumatic piston.

Those nice third world clinics (and military deployment shot-fests) can deliver injections with solar powered equipment.
