Adding tablets to the inventory is fine, but I really hope games going mobile doesn't detract from PCs or full size consoles.

If Gamestop is going to go this way, I suggest that they develop an app that lets you plug in a PS3, XBOX or other major console controller to your Android tablet. I would love playing games on my tablet if it wasn't for the annoying on-screen controls. It just is not good. Come on GameStop, please bring this to the gamers, we need it!!!

if they want a huge market try cloud based games like cod. get your psp connected to some google glasses so i can walk around and play, chat with my friends while on the bus or the couch. untie me from the box.if you just load the game on a tablet i still have no controller options and the psp(or what ever it is now) is just too small.

hmmm maybe small games but try and run Mass Effect 3, Skrim or something else on any pad.. I dont think they are ready for that yet. It might work but dont know but since WINE is linux based, maybe it could be adapted to the android and then some older PC and console games could be run on them. I don't think the processors, memory, and graphics are capable enough though. If you can run some app that uses a USB thumb drive, or Micro SD card as a CDROM/DVD drive it might work.
Still its far from an out of the box solution or in any danger of taking over the console or PC game market.

It might fair well for MMO's, Light client footprint F2P type games. Most all are windows driven, a few MAC clients too.

just add a gamepad doc to your Android phone, and voila, you have a cutting edge PSP that does more than just gaming.

Ya we already have that.... i most Android tablets can have those controllers plugged.... games that are made for controllers will often times not show the onscreen joysticks

Well ya its a portable device that's super thin I think that its already better than a console.... I mean your expecting a little to much for a 1 pound device at the most. Some games have GREAT graphics like mass effect infrilltrator
