I've never used, or even heard of, that program. Is there nothing in the program that says "decrypt?" When you right-click an encrypted file in Windows Explorer, do you get an option to decrypt?
You should. according to the Softpedia page, "Right click to encrypt and decrypt any number of files, regardless of file types."
The company appears to be out of business, and their "billed per use" thing seems odd to me. Do you get charged every time you decrypt a file? If that's the case, and if the company is out of business, you may have lost those files.
