The best thing you could do with Siri is enable it in iOS6 for all device capable of running it. If it contineues to be excluded for mobile device and you just stick it into your stupid TV, then stop talking about it.

Everyone doesn't love Siri as you claim. Voice features on devices and computers, have been more pain to use vs being really useful.

Give us something we can use and makes perfect sense. Give us LTE, wireless BT earplugs (and yes they do exist), more RAM so we can run better apps and a case that won't break if you stare at it to hard.

The first decision Apple must make when deciding whether or not to make a product, according to their CEO...
“We’d look and ask, can we control the key technology?"
Imagine my surprise.
Also, pointing out that SOME components of the iPhone are made in the U.S., by OTHER COMPANIES? Really?
Are any Apple lovers starting to see through their BS yet? They are just another tech company focused on profits. They don't care about you beyond what is in your wallet.

"we’ve got some cool ideas about what Siri can do"

Meaning they are copying features from other voice systems..? ;P

Imagine my surprise.

Why should that surprise you? That requirement is one of Apple's fundamental tenets from the outset and a principal reason for Apple's ability to generate higher than industry average profit margins.

Still creates American jobs. Do you think that Ford, GM, Chrysler, Boeing and company make ALL their own components?

Just because you're starting to wipe the BS from your eyes and that bit of intelligence just revealed itself to you, doesn't mean the rest of the world still lives in the dark.

Sorry, but most of the world is way ahead of you and accepted that fact a long time ago. Fact of the matter is that there are many, many other ways to get at what's in your wallet which require a lot less work and are likely to leave you somewhat less satisfied.

The quest for customer satisfaction and the quest for massive profitability are not mutually exclusive.

Since when is making a profit a bad thing?

Don't you want the company you work for to make a profit so they can continue to hire you?

Ignorance is bliss.
