hopefully, since the law states that they must delete the content within a year at my request, then that means they will give users who cancel their accounts a choice of whether to keep the data or not. I have in the past left netflix only to return and love the fact that my several thousands large viewing history was intact.

Lol, I just saw this E-Mail pop-up in my Gmail, and all I got from it was, "bla bla bla millions of dollars and money going out to X, Y, Z people."

All I could read was, "money going out to: not me, not me, not me."

I'm going to remove my name from the lawsuit, I'm tired of sleazy people who are skimming money from class action lawsuits, it's some new type of trend going around, just look at the Nutella incident.
