I have also been waiting forever. I was going to get the Transformer Prime back in January but then heard about the Infinity and decided to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. Now i'm getting impatient because I want a tablet

i'm in the same exact boat. i was going to buy the prime and then the wifi issues popped up. then they teased us with the infinity and i said i'll wait for that. 5 months later, i'm itching to buy a tablet and i'm tempted to buy the ipad3 but i'm resisting the urge. hurry up asus and release it already!

hehe, same here. I keep on waiting and by the time I can buy them in my country they announce a new one or there appears to be problems with the existing ones.
It's killing me, on my work we have Samsungs 10 inch and 8.9inchers, Acers, HTC flyers, Motorolas etc. but I want the Infinity so bad. Now even a collegeau has the TF300T which makes me want the Infinity even more! I was hoping I could get the Infinity before my vacation but sadly that won't be possible anymore.
Luckily I can reframe from the Ipad since I don't really like their eco-system.

Me too, me too. To relieve the pressure I bought the Samsung Tab 2 (7") in the interim. I really want the bigger screen though. Now I'm even considering the 3g model which looks to be delayed even longer

Looks like we are all in the same boat LOL. I, too, have considered the new iPad. It's a close race for me between those two tablets. I'm giving it until the time when I retun from vacation (which will be June 24th). If they haven't released the Transformer Infinity (TF700t), then it's a new iPad for me

My hope is to replace my phone with a tablet and do everything. Surfing, Mail, Video, Music, and.... phone calls. I don't mind using a bluetooth or wired headset.
I don't really see too many options avail for this. Every current tab seems close, but is lacking somewhere... The Droid 4 is the phone I'd most like to have, however, my ultimate wish-list includes:
10.1" display
3g/4g so can use as phone, or utilize google talk/chat/video
Rear camera - 8mp. 5 min.
Front cam - 3mp.
64G internal storage
ability to connect external keyboard/dock
Ice Cream Sandwich OS
HDMI output
Am I crazy for wanting this... to me, it just seems to make perfect sense? Comments welcome.
Thanks!
