Error Message When Purchasing From Pc World

When I tried to purchase a laptop from PC World online, they gave me an error message reading "Cannot find an available route for the purchase. This may be caused by merchant configuration or remote systems failures." Does anybody know what this means and how I can solve this issue?

You must be thinking of the UK retailer PC World. This is the US-based magazine PC World. Don't worry, it happens. :)
