I'd love to see google get into GPS maps. I don't go anywhere without mine but if you print out a route with google maps it's generally different. And much better.

I don't think many of Apples' devices will be able to support this new 3D interface. Plus, I doubt it'll be online for all to use, rather an offline tool, but that's not practical. On the Google side, this looks pretty interesting.

Competition is great. I love Google map and Android. However, I am happy Apple is going to bring some welcome competition.

So glad I got rid of my iPhone. Google Maps on Android is just mind blowing by comparison. I think it's possibly the most useful app I've ever downloaded. Also possibly my favorite app ever. Poor Apple certainly has their work cut out for them.
