Because is the future! Because you can have your cake and eat it with frosting and everything. Because you can have your desktop on your laptop, detach the screen and carry it with you as a tablet and use your fingers to do the walking instead of keyboad and mouse. The same screen from your desktop to your tablet, phone, game console, laptop, etc. It's worth learning a few new tricks to make it all work. Don't be stuck with the old punch card of old, just because it works. Do you still use a rotary phone or a cell phone? A rotary phone still works but it's not better than a cell phone. It's call progress, oldnuke69.
