Strange - I haven't seen that at all. (I'm running ad blockers, script blockers, and I'm not signed into FB though.)

Hmmmm, I'm not running ad blockers and haven't seen that.

Yes it should or at least you should be able to close it out, i don't use the Social Networks and don't like Facebook at all, this is just a distraction on the page to me and i hate it.
