Hey everyone!
I'm a newbie here ;) so at first I want to say hi! :D
I have a little problem I was hoping one of you could help me solve ^^".. The original alarm clock app on iPhone doesn't really help me get up on time, it does wake me up for few seconds, but when I turn it off I just go back to sleep :/. I tried few other alarm appd but none worked too well for me (the same problem.. turn off --> go back to sleep).
Maybe someone knows any better working app? ^^""

Hello,

I have similar problem... it's so hard to wake up in the morning, because when the alarm rings I unconsciously turn it off and go back to sleep o_O
If anybody knows some more effective clock alarm apps please let me know ;)

Have you tried setting multiple alarms in the iPhone clock app? Set 2 or more and set them about 5 minutes apart. So, when you turn the first one off and go back to sleep, the next alarm will go off about 5 minutes later. You can set at least 12 alarms. At some point having an alarm going off every 5 minutes will force you to wake up if you set enough of them.

Hey,

I has been using this method but I stopped because it was always make me wake up about 1-2 hours after I wanted to wake up...

Fortunately, I tnink I solved my problem. Yesterday I found on AppStore a new app called Alarm Clock Extreme HD and I gave it a chance and... today I finally woke up at time! The app is very tricky and to turn it off I have to scan a qr code. I put mine in bathroom and after I wake up from bed I wash my face with cold water and trust me, it works as hell! :D

Hope it's gonna help you too! :)

Considering that you can set 12 or more alarms, you either are really tolerate of turning off alarms every five minutes or you are awake/aware enough when the first alarm goes off to then go turn all the other alarms off and then go back to bed.

Personally, only one alarm does it for me...so I don't need the more extreme measures.

My, quite sophisticated. Isn't it better to buy a radio-alarm clock and make it chime, say, every minute? Or use your stereo to wake you up with your favourite CD music? It works just fine and you're not likely to fall asleep again fast. Of course, evergreens such as cold water always work great. And you can always try these
