1 Corinthians 15:33
Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

Are violent video games changing your child's brain?

Psalm 11:5
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

What about JRPG? It's pretty much my favorite genre.

Watch Dogs looked great! Much more excited for that than I am for Splinter Cell (By far my favorite game when the series first came out) and Black Ops 2 (Vivid COD fan). Guess I am suffering from this shooter fatigue.

Sorry HungerSite, but I have been playing Video Games for 15 years, and violent video games were mainly what I played and I can say that I am no way affected by these games. I play them to live out my fantasy's so that in I have no need to in real life. Your christian folks can say what you want, but everyone I know that I game with are some of the most laid back people I know and none of them are in any way violent natured.

What, and are you going to tell us that rock and roll is bad for us too?

Get your head out of the bible and into the 21st century, man. Geez....

I'm confused: how did sex get in this equation? You mention a bunch of examples of samey games glorifying violence but just lump in sex as though it's the same thing without providing a single example either of its presence or reviewers becoming fatigued with it.

my favorite moment was during Press Conference the demo of Last of Us, when the hero was escorting that little girl and all you heard on the TV was while he was shooting at people was "BEEEEEP you BEEEEEP BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP! and a BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP.." like what where they cussing about while he was shooting and in front of that little girl? I just thought this was hilarious forget violence what some type of moral obligation to at least not cus in front of the little girl but shooting is ok lol but it was funny just cus it was on a video game being demoed.. :P
