I am running Dual GTX 560 Ti in SLI with two monitors. I am using SpeedFan 4.46 to monitor my system. I have noticed that when in desktop/Firefox mode, which ever GPU I have my secondary monitor plugged into runs hotter by 10c-15c. I have tried other monitors and the result is the same. If I dedicate the GPU NOT attached to the secondary monitor to PhysX their temp equalizes while at idle, but in Diablo 3 the one dedicated to PhysX goes upwards of 90c while the secondary remains at 35c. If I set PhysX to auto the temp on my primary monitor's GPU goes to 86c, while the secondary runs around 63c
If I disable SLI the GPU temps equalizes to about 35c each when just in windows and firefox. They go to 86c on the primary and 35c on secondary.
If I disable the secondary monitor, I still run a 5c-6c temp difference.
If I physically disconnect the secondary monitor there's a 2c temp difference in windows/firfox mode. in game I'm running about 86c and 67c

Is there any way to balance this out or am I just being over paranoid because my last PC died from over heated components?
