My past 2 PC's were HP. I will NEVER buy an HP ever again. Their products are awful and their customer service sucks. HP knows nothing about customer service. To me customer service is when my HP m9040n clearly had Nvidia graphic driver problems and I call to get help, they'd offer to replace my PC at no cost instead of giving me the run around and talking to some dumb guy from India who regurgitates and repeats everything I say. HP Sucks! PC World you should know better than to give a thumbs-up to such ayholes.

Hewlett-Packard has always been one of the world's best PRINTER manufacturers, but my personal experience through the years with their PC's, has turned me skeptical of their prowess in this particular area. HP should stick to PRINTERS and leave PC building to the PROS.
