This definitely helps with some anxieties I have about Win 8. IE10 Metro is useless with a mouse. I want to see bookmarks and tabs at all times. This helps a lot.

Finally, a metro app that has a decent UI! It's basically the desktop version (same UI, same addons), but with slightly larger icons. Also, it does NOT share the profile with the desktop version of Chrome for some reason.

It looks like Google Chrome Metro could become the browser of choice on Windows 8. Hopefully Google will enable skins/themes and add-ons, so that AdBlock Plus works in the Metro version of the browser. Surfing the web is just too visually painful, and too much of a security risk, without Adblock plus.

Regular addons work in it - look at the screenshots I posted above. Notice the ABP icon in the address bar, in the second pic? (where it normally is) As far as I can tell, this is just the regular chrome, put into the metro UI, with icons enlarged, with the rest of the UI unchanged. I haven't tried skins or themes yet.
