....That 8 Gigabyte camera is amazing isn't it?... Edit check maybe? Also the NA version has different specifications, which you mention only it's negative (debateably) side, and not that it gets 2GB of RAM instead of 1, in the tradeoff.

And it's still not going to let me read and write in Japanese, right? Dead to me and much of the public if so. When will Android phone sellers figure this out. The capability exists in the OS, but they strip it for THEIR convenience.

They stripped it out for storage space. Adding an entirely different language that the majority of North America does not use is pointless and a waste. Sorry but it comes down to cost of implementation. When 1 in (guess) 2,000 people would use the feature it doesn't make sense to add additional memory to support it.

That's all well and good but I like my hard keyboard Epic and I think I'll hold onto it for awhile.
