Actually, you probably can't.
If your company IT department isn't run by a bunch of drooling, knuckle-dragging, hooting morons, they backed up the data on your PC, and have done so routinely.
Browser history, password, form caches included.
So it's all still there, archived, even if you throw the computer into a wood chipper and burn the remains.
The best way to protect your personal data is NEVER to use company hardware or networks for your personal use. Never, ever, ever.

Have you tried Easy File Shredder? Its full featured, and lets you not only shred files and folders, but it lets you wipe the free space on your hard drive. It has different shredding methods including several government spec ones.
