I made a royal flush at a table I was playing at and took a screenshot of it. I went to my poker forum and tried to upload the screenshot to the forum thread I was creating and couldn't do it. Can someone tell me what I need to do in order to achieve this?

Don't know what you are using to attempt this.

There are many goods free programs to use, personally I use photobucket.
Check out the lower left part of the picture.

It's a matter of copy the code you want then paste it into your thread.

Hope I understood your inquiry and helped.

I tried Screenshot Captor and I can copy but it wont paste into the forum thread I create. I'll try photobucket. Thanks for your help.

I just moved the screenshot to "my pictures" and tried a copy and paste and that doesn't work either.
Windows really suks.

Fyi, you can't just copy the picture directly from your hard drive - that's a limitation of all the forum software I've seen. If the web site doesn't offer a way to upload pictures directly, you have to use a 3rd party site, like photobucket as rommel suggested or a public dropbox folder (you can copy the public link for a file in it and then use it as a hosting service - I do this quite often).

I have quite a few little tutorials like that on youtube, though I never seem to get many views on them. (the odd part is that my video on reinstalling XP is the where 99% of my views are. Seriously! Idk why...)

I'm interested in checking out more of your content, I'm running XP....always have. I keep it defraged and optimized, espically after downloads and it runs well.

Not all of those apply to XP though.

Not enough information. Did you get any messages, errors? Maybe the image size, pixels or kilobytes, was too big? Maybe it was the file format? Try JPG.

I managed to get the screenshot posted with the assistance I received from this thread. Thanks
