"Use a machine that's certified to run Windows 7 or Windows 8."

1.) There are no machines "certified" to run Win 8 yet. 2.) M$ said any machine that could run Vista could run Win 7.

How about just giving us some simple "minimum system requirements", PCW? Your journalists know what those are, right? (Actually, it wouldn't surprise me at all if they don't!)

Anyway, one of the big sales points about Win 8 was that it was so resource-efficient that it could run on legacy hardware without any problems. I guess M$ is already admitting major screwups that it won't fix.

Windows to Go is a great feature, but ...

Thank you for making the point that it is only in Windows Enterprise. Now can you tell us what percent of Windows licenses are Enterprise? 1%, 2%? So this feature is effectively vaporware.

MS has to push features like Windows to go, Applocker, BitLocker down to Windows Pro to make them accessible to the public and make them relevant.

Yawn... Microsoft trying to play catch-up. Too late.
